On Happiness and Contentement

bknirmala

“In order to stay happy one has to be positive and see what one has already rather than seeing what others have more. In this age of comparison and materialism, one tends to think that material possessions are sources of happiness. These possessions actually lead one to experience discontentment. A greedy person will never be happy; he will want more and more. But a spiritual person, one who has connection with God – The Ocean of Happiness, Knowledge, Love, Mercy will be contented and happy by receiving those treasures. To be happy, it is essential for one to be either praying to God with a true heart, loving God as Father or a Friend, meditate or have positive thoughts.”
