Ingredients:
1 package extra soft tofu
pearls
muscovado sugar
Syrup/Arnibal:
1 cup brown sugar/muscovado sugar
1 cup water
1 tsp vanilla
Prepare The Syrup:
- Caramelize sugar in a saucepan. When melted, pour in the water.
- Continue cooking until the sugar is completely dissolved. Set aside.
Cook Sago:
- Boil water in a saucepan. Add in uncooked sago.
- Stir to prevent sticking.
- Cook until transparent.
- Drain then rinse. Set aside.
Prepare Taho:
- Steam the extra soft tofu for 5 minutes.
- Remove from the steamer.
- Transfer the steamed tofu into your bowl and mash slightly to get the consistency of the taho.
- Add enough arnibal to sweeten. Add sago and lightly stir.
- Serve warm.
