1 and ¼ c sifted flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 c warm water
1 tsp vanilla
5 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp distilled white vinegar/apple cider or any white vinegar
Combine 1 and ¼ c sifted flour, 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder and
1 tsp baking soda in a bowl.
Combine 1 sugar, ½ tsp salt, 1 c warm water, 1 tsp vanilla, 5 tbsp coconut oil and
1 tsp distilled white vinegar/apple cider or any white vinegar.
Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients well.
Bake at 170 Celsius or 325 Farenheit (moderately hot) for around 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
